Final Mixes

The following two songs were recorded remotely by each musician. The recordings given to me were of poor quality and problematic, but I was able to restore the audio and mix the projects in a way that made them sound cohesive and professional.

Sound Design

Best experienced while wearing headphones

All clips in this reel were stripped of their original audio. All of the new audio/sound design was produced, mixed, and mastered by Luke Puglisi.

This piece was written, recorded, produced, and mixed by Luke Puglisi. This is an auditory representation of an immigration story written about by Valeria Luiselli in her book, Tell Me How It Ends. There are quotation marks around the name Manu because this piece is meant to illustrate more than just the struggles of one person. Although some details in this song are specific to Manu, this piece is meant to symbolize the struggles that most young immigrants are faced with on their journey to the U.S.

The accompanying document gives an explanation for each part of the piece along with additional details that are important to the story.
